أفادت تجربة الطب البيطري الطب البشري كثيراً عند إجراء التجارب على الحيوان حيث أسهم ذلك في تطور علوم الطب وعلم اللقاحات والتطعيم الذي كان من روادها العالم لويس باستور والعالم روبرت كوخ.المكتبة العلمية هى مكتبة رائدة فى مجال العلم والبحث فى العلوم الطبيعية و الاجتماعية و الشكلية والتطبيقية تضم مجموعات كبيرة من الكتب المصوّرة فى جميع أنواع العلوم. العلم هو منير الظلمة، وكاشف الغمة، وباعث النهضة، هو سلاح لكل فرد ولكل مجتمع يريد أن يتحصن ويهابه العدو، وهو أساس سعادة الفرد، ورفاهية المجتمع ورخاء الشعوب، والبشر جميعا. وقد حث الله سبحانه وتعالى على طلب العلم لما له من أثر فعّال فقال : "وَقُل رَّبِّ زِدْنِي عِلْمًا" ما أجمل هذه الآية الكريمة وما أروع معناها؛ الدعاء والطلب من الله أن يزيد المرء علماً لا مالاً ولا ميراثاً ولا جاهاً إنّما علماً، لأن العِلم هو النبراس الذي تضاء به الظلمات الحالكة، وهو الراية العالية التي ترشد إلى ما فيه خير الإنسان في الدنيا والآخرة. العلم عملية مستمرة لا تتوقف عند حد معين، بل إنها تبدأ بولادة الإنسان وتنتهي بوفاته، فالإنسان في كافة مراحل حياته يكون مُتعطّشاً للعلم والمعرفة، و لطلب العلم طرق مختلفة أولها القراءة، حيث إن القراءة هي البوابة التي يدخل الإنسان منها إلى عالم أوسع أكثر إبهاراً، و طلب العلم أيضاً هو دليل على انفتاحية الشخص إذ إن الإنسان الشغوف بالعلم سيلجأ إلى قراءة الكتب فأنت بالكتب تستطيع تعلّم كل شيءٍ عن الأفكار والمعارف التى احتازها أشخاص آخرون في القديم والحديث، ولنتذكر إذا حصل الإنسان على العلم فإنه حتماً سيصبح إنساناً ذا روح عظيمة. أفضل الكتب في جميع فروع العلم : العلوم الطبيعية ، العلوم الاجتماعية ، العلوم الشكلية ، البحث العلمي ، المنهجية العلمية ، التحقق دور الرياضيات ، فلسفة العلوم ، الأدب العلمي ، وأيضًا كتب الكيمياء و كتب الفيزياء وكتب الجيولوجيا و كتب الرياضيات وكتب الأحياء إلخ،، كتب لينكات مباشرة أبحاث الطب البيطرى
